The Simply Succulents Bundle provides opportunities for many different techniques and styles of cards.
On Day 1 of Succulents week I am using the large die to create simply yet beautiful cards.
I will show you 3 ways I have created cards using this die.
For this first card I used my blending brush to colour the front of a white card base.
I used Pool Party and Bermuda Bay inks.
I used a very light touch with the blending brushes for a soft and subtle look.
The Playing With Patterns Ribbon is wrapped around the card with a bow tied on the front.
The sentiment is from the Simply Succulents stamp set.
For this second card I used my blending brush to colour the front of a white card base.
I used Soft Sea Foam and Petal Pink inks. I put light pencil marks showing where the flower would be and coloured that first using the blending brushes.
I used a very light touch with the blending brushes for a soft and subtle look.
The Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon was coloured using Dark Soft Sea Foam blends and is wrapped around the card with a bow tied on the front.
The sentiment is from the Simply Succulents stamp set.
For this last card I used my blending brush to colour the front of the die cut piece.
I used Granny Apple Green, Soft Sea Foam, Coastal Cabana and Flirty Flamingo inks.
I added a piece of Pearlescent Paper to the card front.
The Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon was coloured using Flirty Flamingo Blends and was wrapped around the card with a bow tied on the front.
The sentiment is from the Simply Succulents stamp set.
Thanks for stopping by my blog- I hope you are inspired to create some cards using the Simply Succulents Stamp Set and Dies
