I just had to try pairing the Beautiful Friendship stamp set (#149252) with the Birch Background stamp (#149256) – and it is a match made in heaven. I love natural looking backgrounds and papers- so having a background stamp is ideal, as it allows you to make your own. I wanted it to be subtle, so I stamped it in Sahara Sand ink- and stamped off before the final stamping.
The first card I made I used both Coastal Cabana and Flirty Flamingo ink. I then decided to do a monochromatic one using just Flirty Flamingo.
Which do you prefer- a combination of colours or monochromatic?
The video below shows you how I made the card. It is simple and quick to make- with just a bit of fussy cutting (but I give you a great tip for fussy cutting)
