Today I was finishing up some cards using the Hoot Hoot Hooray stamp set. This one set gives you sentiments for 5 different occasions! I have paired the set with the Brights coloured cardstock and designer series paper. These images are so happy- I thought the bright coloured papers would really show them off! I saw a card made by Angie Juda using the flower stamp and used that card as the inspiration for this set of cards.
These sentiments are the ones I am always looking for in my card stash- so it’s a great idea to sit down and make a bunch of them at once so that you have them on hand. That is what is so great about this stamp set- so many different sentiments in one set!
I decided to use a variety of the brights colours for the cards- and added the matching Brights 6×6 Designer Series Paper. I just love these colours!
When I made the cards I used my Stampin’ Blends to colour most of them, but I did a bit of water colouring on a couple- check out the video to see my quick and easy tip for water colouring using the water colouring pens.
